The beautiful maple stock really adds to the beauty of the gun.You can see the rear sling swivel stud here also.
Here's jug choked, 12 gauge English fowler that the custoemer wanted an upgraded maple stock for and it turned out very nicely. This gun only weighs a bit over 5 lbs. with a 41 inch barrel!!

The gun is fitted with the English sporting lock which is an extremely fast and consistent lock. The gun also has hand carved tear drop lock panels. You can see the "standing oval" on the breech plug. Side plate is engraved with typical English style art and nick and dot borders.
