THE CAYWOOD FRENCH TYPE "C & D" PISTOLS
With all fully engraved furniture, double spur butt cap and flat rifle style sideplate, this is a small but sturdy using firearm. Overall length is 12 inches and in 20 gauge, weighs just 22 ozs.
French pistols were typically very small and used as self defense tools.
The lock is 4.5 inches with flat plate, hammer and sculpted frizzen.
The barrel is 7.25 inches, octagon to round, swamped with cannon crown style muzzle and the trigger guard is a medium size graceful bow and graceful trigger profile.
Available in 20, 24 and 28 gauge.
